Getac firmly believes that the promotion of sustainability must be linked to the intrinsic core values of technologies to maximize benefits and thereby meet the expectations of all stakeholders. Based on the three core values of "Innovation, Commitment, and Value," Getac responds to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by integrating operational strategies with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) perspectives. IMG_0102Pursuing Sustainable Excellence: The Path to Green Prosperity

Amid increasing uncertainty arising from geopolitical tensions, exchange rate fluctuations, and global supply chain restructuring, climate change and sustainability-related issues have continued to attract heightened attention from international markets and regulatory authorities. Corporate resilience has become a critical indicator of long-term enterprise value. For Getac Holdings, corporate success is not solely reflected in financial performance, but also in the ability to respond to environmental and social challenges while pursuing business growth. As a responsible corporate citizen, we continue to integrate sustainability principles into our core business operations, creating long-term and positive impacts for stakeholders while generating economic value.
Over the past year, we continued to advance our sustainability development strategies with steady progress across corporate governance, environmental management, and social responsibility. In terms of operational performance, the Company achieved record-high revenue and net profit after tax. Our corporate governance evaluation ranking also remained within the top 6%–20% tier, and we continued to be selected as a constituent stock of the “Corporate Governance 100 Index.” Furthermore, as we continuously enhanced ESG governance and disclosure quality, our sustainability ratings from both domestic and international institutions improved steadily, including S&P Global ESG Rating and Sustainalytics ESG Rating. In addition, the TIP Taiwan Sustainability Rating was upgraded from AA to AAA (Top 5%), demonstrating market recognition of our governance quality and sustainability management performance. With respect to responsible supply chain management, following the successful completion of RBA VAP audits by two subsidiaries last year, an additional subsidiary successfully passed the audit this year and achieved a Silver-equivalent recognition, further strengthening sustainable supply chain management in line with international standards.

In addition to energy conservation, we actively promoted waste reduction and water conservation initiatives. Driven by various environmental improvement projects proposed by responsible departments, waste reduction reached 69.12 metric tons, more than doubling compared to the previous year. Annual water savings amounted to 18.65 million liters, representing more than 1.04 times the previous year’s performance, thereby further improving resource efficiency and reducing environmental impacts associated with operations.

In climate governance, Getac Holdings received a CDP Climate Change and Water Security score of B, while MPT Kunshan was honored with the “Safety and Environmental Synergy Star,” reflecting the Company’s achievements in environmental management and climate action. To prepare for alignment with IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards by 2027, subsidiaries in China also began adopting the GHG Protocol in 2025 to further strengthen the Group’s greenhouse gas management foundation. We also actively participated in environmental protection initiatives organized by non-profit organizations and supply chain partners, taking concrete actions to protect aquatic ecosystems and support global environmental conservation.

On the social front, we firmly believe that talent is the key foundation for innovation and sustainable development. We remain committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace environment. During the year, the Company received multiple recognitions, including “Top workplaces Award for work-life flexibility,” “Top Workplaces Award for Engineering,” and “Pioneer in Skilled Talent Development,” recognizing our efforts in talent cultivation and employee care.
In promoting gender equality, the Company added one female director seat this year, while the proportion of female business supervisors increased to 50%, further enhancing women’s participation in management. In addition, the ratio of local managers increased to 79%, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to cultivating local talent and strengthening localized operations.

In terms of social engagement, we continued collaborating with non-profit organizations through long-term donation programs supporting underprivileged students and disadvantaged groups. Together with the Yu-Hsiu Education Foundation, we promoted talent cultivation in digital technology, design, and AI-related fields, while also supporting domestic arts and cultural activities to contribute to social development and cultural preservation.
Looking ahead, as global sustainability trends and regulatory requirements continue to evolve, we will remain committed to prudent operations while advancing both digital and green transformation. Sustainability principles will continue to be deeply integrated into corporate governance and operational decision-making. Through collaboration with stakeholders, we will continue creating a sustainable future that balances economic value, environmental responsibility, and shared social prosperity.
